These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the seobacklink.agency website and the backlink acquisition services provided by SEO Backlink Agency ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

SEO Backlink Agency provides specialized backlink acquisition services including editorial link building, premium guest posting, digital PR backlinks, and white-label backlink solutions for agencies. Our services focus exclusively on acquiring high-quality backlinks for SEO purposes. We do not provide general SEO consulting, technical SEO audits, content marketing unrelated to link acquisition, or paid advertising services unless expressly agreed in a separate statement of work.

2. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your website, business, and backlink objectives
• Grant necessary access to analytics and reporting tools as required for campaign management
• Review and approve content created on your behalf within agreed timeframes
• Not request or engage us in link schemes, paid link networks, or practices that violate search engine guidelines
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Service Agreements

Specific service engagements are governed by individual proposals or statements of work that detail scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.

4. Backlink Quality Standards

We commit to acquiring editorial backlinks that meet our published quality standards, including domain authority thresholds, topical relevance, and editorial integrity requirements. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control. We do guarantee that all links acquired through our campaigns are editorial in nature and obtained through legitimate outreach practices.

5. White-Label Services

Agency partners engaging our white-label backlink services agree that all deliverables may be presented to their end clients under the partner's brand. The Agency will not contact end clients directly unless authorized. Partners remain responsible for client communication, billing, and relationship management.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by the Agency for backlink campaigns becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. The Agency retains rights to anonymized case study data and aggregate performance metrics for marketing purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

All content on the seobacklink.agency website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of SEO Backlink Agency and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law and may result in suspension of services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes backlink strategies, publisher relationships, campaign data, and business information not publicly available. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Backlink Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, actions taken by search engines against your website for reasons unrelated to our link acquisition practices, or ranking fluctuations beyond our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the termination date. The Agency will provide all completed deliverables and campaign reports upon final payment.

11. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, scrape content without permission, or use our website in any manner that could damage our reputation or operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
